The Community fitness Program has started their third session. They continue to meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. Each Tuesday we have a session on spiritual health and sharing, then strength exercise. On Thursday we have a guest speaker and our strength exercise. Guest speakers from Conway Regional, UCA, and the Home Extension Service present a variety of programs on nutrition and health. The program is open to the community, so come join us and bring a friend. Contact the Church Office for more information. A coupon club has been added on the 4th Tuesday of each month, meeting right after the fitness class.
